Amazon Account Manager, Brighton, circa £50K DOE

This Brighton based company is a leader in the Sports & Nutrition sector with two well known brands and are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who will work in a small talented team responsible for the top line sales growth and the businesses two brands in the marketplace channels globally. You will also have a keen interest in sports/health/nutrition.

Job role:

Managing the growth of the Group Amazon business in conjunction with theHead of Amazon, so you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the Amazon accounts in-line with targets.

Catalogue maintenance - content analysis, variation analysis, Lost Buy Box analysis, Title/Bullet point analysis, Broken page analysis. The ability to rectify any issues within the Amazon eco-ystem.

Align targets and growth strategy via a weekly call with Amazon AVS team.

Drive revenue – driving rank & relevance through merchandising, high traffic events and promotional planning.

Advertising Agency – Bi-weekly call with advertising agency to ensure targets are being met and work collaboratively to maximise revenue.

Operational – maximising revenue and profitability through reduction in chargebacks & operational improvements.

Help to deliver marketplace JBPs, including category reviews and recommendations.

Maintain budgets – manage the yearly budgets for promotions, advertising.

Forecasting – Stock forecasting reporting to relevant departments.

Key experience required:

eCommerce – Amazon experience is essential, how to drive an on-line business and optimise performance within the Amazon eco-system.

2+ years of experience in eCommerce environment – you will have seen enough to hit the ground running but still eager to learn.

Positive Individual with high energy levels – you are going to be selling sports nutrition so look lively!

Interest in the wider business – this is a small business…we will need your ideas and thoughts on running

the business, not just getting sales orders.

Ability to navigate ambiguity – there is no play book…it’s okay to try new things, attempt and fail just so

long as you learn.

You will be working in a leading sports nutrition company with fun and passionate people who have grown this key and crucial area of the business, hence creating this new AM role. Based one day per week in the Brighton or London office with a once a month meet in the Brighton HQ.
