Position Overview:

$500 Sign on Bonus (Paid after 90 days of employment)


Flexible Schedule options available include the following:
- 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM -10:00 PM

Your schedule for the first two weeks of training is Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The Picking Associate processes customer orders by picking the correct part and quantity to ensure the highest quality standards are met for customer orders around the world.

This is an essential onsite position.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately

  • Inspect and receive product

  • Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock

  • Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging

  • Perform packaging tasks which include:

    • Review pack lists to insure correct quantities

    • Verify correct parts have been picked

    • Box product and prepare for shipping

  • Assemble cables and battery packs

  • Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities

  • Shipping (Processing)

  • Shipping Dock

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions

  • Handle customer change-order requests when applicable

  • Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels

  • Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system

  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills

  • Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals

  • Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management

  • Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently

  • Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment

  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion

  • Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete

  • Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height

  • Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs

  • Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
