About the position

Responsibilities

  • Attend and participate in cross-functional meetings; route work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and contract status to regional and channel partners.
  • Handle internal meetings by organizing the agenda, identifying next steps and completing all post-meeting communications required to move the work forward.
  • Responsible for leading the onboarding process for external partners (agencies, contractors etc).
  • Critically reviews all contract data and ensure accuracy of each record.
  • Ensures all contract related documents are stored according to company policy and procedures.
  • Increases the operational efficiency and communication between the business/legal teams and other internal departments (e.g. Product, Merch and Marketing).
  • Oversees milestone management for the Channel and Integrated Marketing team - ensures deadlines are being met to keep projects on track.
  • Works with internal and external business contacts to clearly define milestones and deliverables.
  • Manages and updates dashboards, team status sheets and document management systems.
  • Ownership of the Marketing tools currently utilized, continuously optimizing process and integration of tools.
  • Effectively communicates to Global Marketing Operations Sr. Manager process roadblocks and problem-solving recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of solid marketing project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong project management experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with sense of urgency.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Approaches challenges with a curiosity and navigates challenges with a solutions-first mindset. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Strong communication abilities; written and verbal.
  • Hands on experience working in a project management system is a plus.
