  1. Process and manage payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  5. Collaborate with Finance department to ensure payroll expenses are accurately recorded.
  6. Resolve any payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
  7. Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  8. Work closely with HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and human resources processes.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data.
  10. Analyze payroll data and provide reports to management as needed.
  11. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  14. Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  15. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR processes.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

Strong Knowledge Of Payroll Processes, Laws, And Regulations In The Relevant Country/Region.

Experience With Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Workday.

Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills To Effectively Handle Payroll-Related Issues And Inquiries From Employees And Stakeholders.
