rbb’s Internship Program:

rbb hires up-and-comers three times a year to be a part of our integrated communications team. The hands-on experience will help guide any student or entry level professional through the next steps of their career.

Requirements for these coveted positions are simple: A passion for content, solid grammar skills, resourcefulness, professionalism, cleverness and, of course, must play well with others.

Requirements:

  • Current college student or recent graduate (previous digital/paid digital experience is a plus)
  • A passion for the digital space and/or social media
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite is a plus (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to work a minimum of 24 hours a week (40 hours is preferred)
  • Enthusiasm to learn and a positive attitude
  • Desire to work on a team
  • Self-starter with proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign pacing across all clients with live media
  • Sending team daily updates on industry updates and news
  • Uploading ad creative into digital platforms for creative refreshes and campaign launches
  • Keyword research to support Google Ad campaigns
  • Ad copywriting for creative refreshes
  • Ongoing campaign optimizations as opportunities arise
  • Digital trends and industry research projects
  • Native data exports to support reporting on an as needed basis
  • Possible team training presentation opportunities
