You will be an expert in understanding customer needs and delivering the right products to the right people. Keeping a close eye on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring that our products remain customer-centric.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sr. National Account Manager<br><br>and Sales Director in developing and implementing retail sales strategies specific to The Home Depot (THD), aligning with company missions and national sales objectives, targeting<br><br>profitable sales across market segments, customer groups, and product categories.<br><br><ul><li>This role will be responsible for the day to day management of the THD faucet category which is approximately $45M</li><li>Assist in fostering strong customer relationships with THD leadership and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.</li><li>Support THD planning activities, ensuring plans are in place for top stakeholders and decision-makers both internally and externally.</li><li>Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings and inventory meet THD demands; help identify trends, marketing intelligence, and new product opportunities by fostering communication with these teams.</li><li>Assist in implementing and managing retail sales management systems and processes to measure all aspects of business including but not limited to sales, margin, profitability, and other key performance metrics.</li><li>This position supports the strategy to drive sustainable profitable sales growth in LIXIL Americas retail product categories through effective management of sales activities within the vertical. This position will require strategic and tactical thinking that grows share of wallet across LIXIL brands.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of one to three years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.<br><br>Strong analytical, business, planning, and problem-solving ability.<br><br><strong>Experience Working In Retail/commercial Sales Is Preferred<br><br></strong>Demonstrated competence in account support and communication.<br><br>Highly developed relationship building skills, ability to build credibility and influence within and outside the vertical.<br><br>Ability to effectively communicate orally or in written form with internal and external customers.<br><br>Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Google Suite and SAP / CRM systems.<br><br>Ability to travel one to two overnight trips per month.<br><br><strong>Hiring Range<br><br></strong>The Hiring Salary Range for this position is <strong>$xx,xxx- $xx,xxx</strong> annually.<br><br>(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)<br><br><strong>Other Compensation (if applicable):</strong> This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.<br><br><strong>EEO Statement<br><br></strong>AS, AMERICA INC. is an equal opportunity employer.
