Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Transcriber to support the documentation and assembly of our Executive Exam results. This role is essential to maintaining the polished, high-touch experience we promise our patients. You’ll take comprehensive medical data—including lab results, diagnostic reports, physician notes, and AI-generated analyses—and craft them into a clean, accurate, and professional booklet that summarizes the patient’s visit.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, precise, and thrives on organization and accuracy. They should be comfortable working with medical terminology, collaborating with clinical staff, and proofing sensitive health information for quality and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:   

    • Transcribe and format medical information from executive exams into clear, well-organized documents
    • Create final Executive Exam booklets summarizing diagnostics, lab results, and physician notes
    • Review, proofread, and edit medical documents with exceptional attention to detail
    • Manage Google Docs files, templates, and formatting to ensure consistent visual standards
    • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to clarify notes and ensure accurate documentation
    • Handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Maintain and update document workflows to support efficiency and accuracy
    • Identify and correct errors in grammar, terminology, and formatting
    • Support the broader clinic team with administrative tasks related to documentation as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   

    • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred; background as a medical receptionist or scribe is a plus
    • Exceptional proofreading, grammar, and document editing skills; meticulous attention to detail is essential
    • Comfortable working with medical terminology, lab results, and physician notes
    • Proficient in Google Docs and other digital tools; highly tech-savvy and organized
    • Able to manage repetitive documentation tasks with precision and consistency
    • Excellent written communication and time management skills
    • High degree of professionalism, especially when handling sensitive patient information
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
