Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, partnering with regional and local HR teams to deliver accurate and timely solutions. You will manage Workday transactions and data input, ensuring employee information integrity while supporting HR initiatives that empower employees to do their best work. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes. Support company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement. Learn and implement tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes. Create, update, and manage the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively. Analyze, intake, and operationalize new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding. Conduct system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and document findings for process improvements. Required Qualifications: Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB). Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist.
