Personal Assistant to C-Level Single Mom (Remote, Part-Time, 5 Hours/Week) ID-3191

I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support my professional and personal responsibilities. As a single parent with a demanding executive role in education leadership, I need someone who can efficiently handle scheduling, research, booking, and administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.  This person will have access to personal information and will need to be someone who is excited to be a problem solver, 10 steps ahead and holistically supportive with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

Proficiency in scheduling tools, task management apps, and document organization

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting executives or individuals with demanding schedules

Background in education, administration, or project management is a plus

Comfortable with remote work and responsive to time-sensitive tasks

Hours & Compensation:

Approximately 5 hours per week with some flexibility
