  • We are a growing mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Scheduler/Receptionist to join our remote team. This role is essential to our smooth day-to-day operations, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, effective at managing time, and enjoys interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner.

  • Position: Scheduler/Receptionist
  • Location: 100%
  • Pay: $16-18 per hour, 2 year contract with longevity pay
  • Job Type: Full-Time ONLY (40 hours per week) M-F NON NEGOTIABLE, THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH FIXED HOURS, has Benefits, looking for reliable staff.
  • Remote position, with a VIRTUAL OFFICE with the other staff, which all have presence in virtual office throughout the day (you will be required to have your camera on while in virtual office) 100% of the time during working hours-(excluding meal/rest breaks)

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed WORK FROM YOUR HOME-MUST PROVIDE A QUIET ENVIRONMENT with NO BACKGROUND NOISE DUE TO HIPPA/PROFESSIONAL SETTING FREE FROM CHILDREN OR OTHER PEOPLE AND/or PETS.
    • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, remind, and follow up on appointments.
    • Respond to inquiries and general questions from patients in a timely and professional manner.
    • Help maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with managing appointment calendars.
    • Coordinate with clinicians to ensure proper scheduling of appointments and availability.
    • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

  • Qualifications:
    • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role required.
    • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with patients and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling software, email, and text communication.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Billing, Invoicing Clients *potentially some insurance verification for new clients
    • Must have great social reciprocity, and be able to match customers energy when assisting/scheduling them
