* Lead the design and development of AI applications tailored for the healthcare industry.
* Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements during the application development process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Utilize JavaScript, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes for application development and deployment.
* Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Python and Shell scripting.
* Manage database systems including MongoDB, SQL, and Timeseries databases to support application functionality.
* Develop and maintain web applications that leverage generative and agentic AI technologies.
*Qualifications*

* 5+ years of full-stack application development.
* *Startup experience *with company in high-growth mode a big plus!
* Strong programming skills in *JavaScript *and *SQL*, with knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
* Expertise in *Python *and Shell scripting for automation and application development.
* Experience in *developing web applications* with a focus on *Generative and Agentic AI solutions.*
* Experience in AI application development with a strong focus on healthcare.
* Proficiency in AI development frameworks and techniques, particularly *LLMs *and *RAG*.
* Experience with regulatory requirements in the *healthcare domain*.
* Familiarity with MongoDB, SQL databases, and Timeseries data management.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
