Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to work alongside the Head of Product to further enhance and expand our product offering

**This is a fully remote role**


Mission of the Senior Product Manager


As the Senior Product Manager you’re accountable for defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement) using Basecamp’s Shape Up Process. You also analyze and review usage data to identify improvements for our product.

You’re accountable for collecting user feedback through user interviews, and market research, and keeping on top of reviewing competitors products & features, and collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features. You will collaborate with Support, CS, Sales and Marketing by helping with the more technical requests/conversations with new customers, and will collect product feedback from all customer facing teams.

You are responsible for training and promoting the new features internally, and will work closely with the Head of Product to improve product strategy through maintaining a deep understanding of our customer.

You are also responsible for validating features post releases, and completing Firmware testing

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, pitch, feature requirement)

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years as a Senior Product Manager
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAAS Product Management
  • Specific experience as a product manager and not a product owner
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or Business Management
  • High attention to detail with the ability to also think in big picture
  • Strong oral and communication skills; ability and experience presenting online
  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions and measure impact
  • Analytical with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions
