What you will do in this role
As a Content Moderator, you will:

You will provide a content regulation service for one of the largest technological platforms in the World;
*
You will ensure that the platform's store content are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the platforms' policies;
*
Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review;
*
You will ensure training, standards and policies are provided.
Your qualifications

Have an advanced level of Danish (written and oral) (C1)
*
English level (intermediate)
*
Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
*
High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
*
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
*
Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;
*
Fast learner, diligent worker.
