We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Professional to join our team on a freelancing basis. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative HR tasks, track projects, support candidates and HR associates, and optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee relations and HR project management while aligning with our business goals and vision.

Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Track ongoing HR projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
Provide support to candidates and HR associates throughout the hiring process.
Develop and refine end-to-end hiring processes to optimize job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and offer generation with optimal timelines.
Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Lead HR project management efforts, ensuring strategic execution of HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration, HR project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to develop streamlined processes to improve efficiency in HR operations.
Experience in employee relations and handling HR matters professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and independent problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in remote HR management.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
