We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a part-time Product Content Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our product database for a seamless customer experience.

This position is open for immediate fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and update product information including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images for our e-commerce platform.
  • Source and obtain high-quality product images from various suppliers, ensuring they meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available on the website.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in product details and images across all product listings.
  • Research and implement improvements in content quality and presentation to optimize the customer experience.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by cross-referencing data and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce content management.
  • Manage and organize a small group of project assistants.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with image editing software and basic graphic design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, content management, or a related field is a plus.
