Requisitos mínimos

Experiencia Requerida/ destrezas:

  • Un mínimo de 7 años pagan a tiempo completo experiencia profesional en la estimación de costos de todos Construcción las divisiones de las instalaciones o proyectos Construcción edificio escolar

  • El conocimiento de la mano de obra local actual y los costes de material Construcción

  • Amplia experiencia en el desarrollo y estimar el alcance de los trabajos de las órdenes de cambio

  • Capacidad para comparar la independencia de la estimación de costos con el contratista propuesta para identificar rápidamente las diferencias

  • Capacidad para desarrollar el ámbito de trabajo sobre la base de la RFI/RFC respuestas y el detalle de las estimaciones de costos de estos ámbitos de trabajo independiente de la propuesta de la contratista

  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita destrezas

Requiere la educación:

  • La graduación de un reconocido colegio o universidad con un Licenciatura en arquitectura, ingeniería o administración Construcción
