· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CCAI solutions with existing client systems and workflows
· Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery to implementation and post-deployment support
· Develop proof of concepts, prototypes, and technical demonstrations to showcase CCAI capabilities
· Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams
· Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Google CCAI and related technologies
· Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable assets, and thought leadership content
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· 2+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on contact center technologies and AI/ML solutions
· Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CCAI products, including Dialogflow, Agent Assist, and Insights
· Experience with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and conversational AI technologies
· Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
· Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer)
· Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and contact center technologies
· Knowledge of speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies
· Familiarity with CRM systems and contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco)
· Experience in consulting or professional services environments
