The Travel Reservations Agent will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, planning itineraries, booking travel arrangements, and offering exceptional customer service. This role demands a passion for travel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
  • Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients.
  • Offer advice on travel destinations, visas, health and safety requirements, and local customs.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel plans efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and manage client profiles, ensuring all preferences and past travel experiences are recorded.
  • Process payments and provide invoices and receipts to clients.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and services for clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance travel knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Qualifications:
