About the position

As a Customer Service Associate at nomnom, you will be an integral part of our multi-state team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our communities in the Pacific Northwest. You will play a crucial role in helping our neighbors fuel their cars and satisfy their hunger, contributing to their daily lives in a meaningful way. In this position, you will be responsible for consistently delivering prompt and courteous customer service, which may include assisting customers at the gas pump. You will accurately ring up all sales using our POS system and ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures, including the management of various payment types. Your responsibilities will also include receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, as well as maintaining proper inventory levels and conducting shift audits. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to adopt and participate in all safety programs and trainings, attending mandatory job-related meetings as needed. The role requires you to perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness and assist in identifying equipment problems. You will work closely with your team, contributing to a positive work environment and performing all duties with minimal supervision. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work various shifts and attend job-related meetings. Additionally, you will need to obtain and maintain all required food and age-restricted product certifications within two weeks of employment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work various shifts and arrive on time.
