Qurate Retail Group comprises seven leading retail brands – QVC®, HSN®, Zulily®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road® – all dedicated to providing a more human way to shop. Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce (“vCommerce”), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.
The Opportunity
Cornerstone Brands Customer Service Specialists answer inbound customer calls. Working at home, our specialists problem-solve to assist our customers with their orders and accounts. Cornerstone Brands is comprised of Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate.

Cornerstone comprises four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands: Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Grandin Road®, and Garnet Hill®. Cornerstone operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.
You must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky:
- Indiana counties: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County.
- Kentucky counties: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County.
- Ohio counties: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County.
Your Impact
- Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data

- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
What You Bring
- You can problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
- Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Can sit for long periods of time
- Follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours
Compensation
- Starting rate is $15.00/hour
- $1.00/ hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
- Plus $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday
- Benefits: Full-time Customer Service Specialists are benefit eligible after 90 days of employment. Training Schedule
Your employment with Cornerstone Brands begins with a six-week, paid training program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.
System Requirements
- Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items:
- Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Analog landline (Phone line must be plugged directly into phone jack or router)
- Headset compatible with Cornerstone Brands specifications (Cornerstone Brands reimburses $75 for headset.)
- High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless or dial-up services are not an option
- Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
