Engraving & Production Associate

Bantam, CT – If you want to learn valuable new skills and make an important contribution, consider joining the M.LaHart team. We design and produce high-quality gifts licensed by more than 175 top universities across the country. Our production work includes engraving on a variety of materials with three different types of engraving machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills. Attendance and punctuality are critical to this position. Computer literacy required. We’re looking for a hands-on, fast learner to join our small production team.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Packing & Order Fulfillment

  • Fulfilling orders in our computer system and creating packing slips and shipping labels.

· Prepping shipments per our packaging guidelines.

2. Production & Engraving:

  • Production includes engraving, polishing and some assembly.
  • Our computerized engraving machines require attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with Corel Draw and Adobe programs helpful.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Relevant experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

3. General Warehouse Duties:

  • Responsible for keeping workstations clean and organized.
  • Must be able to stand and be mobile throughout the day.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested by the fulfillment team.
