Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks

- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, bowls, oatmeal and cold-press juices.

- Help prepare and serve several food items

- Operating toaster ovens, hot plates and other cooking equipment

- Operating a fully functional coffee bar with steaming milk

- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or Clover POS system

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty drink recipes is a plus

- Familiarity with food handling procedures and cash register operations is beneficial

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Experience with a La Marzocco is a plus
