Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must Love DOGS!

Be willing to step in to help with all cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
  • computer Savvy
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in clerical work, administrative support, or personal assistant roles is beneficial.
