The Data Entry Manager will oversee all aspects of data entry operations, including supervising staff, ensuring accuracy of information entered into systems, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations, and optimizing data management processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Oversee data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the creation of pivot tables for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect and organize data for reporting and analysis.
  • Implement best practices for data management, including filing systems and clerical procedures.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including order entry and transcription tasks.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on data management protocols and office procedures.

Experience
