Our mission is to maintain high occupancy levels by providing top quality service to our residents and prospective residents. Candidates for this position must have a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to exceed the expectations of our residents and staff.

Pay is $11 per hour plus $25 commission per new lease signed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generates and handles traffic, qualifies prospective residents, leases apartments, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork.
  • Ensures model apartments are in touring condition.
  • Processes renewal paperwork delivers to current residents on a monthly basis.
  • Create content and manage social media pages.
  • Follows up with all prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
  • Converts phone calls with prospective residents into scheduled appointments to tour the community.
  • Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
  • Promotes a quality living experience for all residents.
  • Creates and maintains confidential resident files.
  • Assists with ongoing resident relations throughout occupant's tenancy by responding to occupant's requests promptly and accurately.
  • Responsible for shopping competitive properties.
  • Assists with processing work order requests for residents and ensures work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Assists with planning and implementing resident activities in order to increase resident retention.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a leasing or property management role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing documentation.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and tenants.
  • Knowledge of Buildium Software systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
