We are looking for a couple new Data Analysts to expand our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and audit sets of data to verify underpaid accounts identified by our revenue cycle management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, attention to detail, and a good understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  3. An understanding of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, and payer contracts.
  4. Experience in auditing and reviewing large datasets to identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.
  5. Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
    2. Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare billing software.
    3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    7. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
