We’re hiring Licensed Medicare Enrollment Coordinators to join our fully remote, year-round team. What We Offer:

  • Weekly Base Pay: $600 (paid weekly)

  • Enrollment Bonus: $60 per completed Medicare Advantage/MAPD enrollment (paid monthly)

Work Schedule:

  • AEP/OEP (Oct–Mar): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Off-Season (Apr–Sep): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls only from interested clients—no cold calling

  • Guide seniors through Medicare plan options and complete enrollments

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with attention to compliance

  • Work closely with team members to achieve shared performance goals

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Active Health Insurance License with Medicare sales authority (REQUIRED)

  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, professional, and coachable

  • Experience with digital tools (e.g., SunFire, Medicare.gov, Slack, CRM systems) is a plus—but not required. We provide hands-on training!

Tech & Equipment Requirements:

  • Own equipment: headset, ethernet connection, webcam

  • Dual monitors highly recommended

  • Comfortable using platforms such as SunFire, GoCo, Enroll Here, and carrier portals

  • Tech expenses may be tax-deductible for 1099 contractors
