The Regional Brand & Store Events Manager will serve as a liaison between stores and brands, focusing on developing strategies to enhance the Store Events program and drive sales growth through collaboration and strategic planning.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the Stores Events program operates at peak efficiency, minimizes risks, and meets its strategic objectives.
  • Instrumental in forging strong store partnerships and external relationships with multiple stakeholders, including field leaders, and the brand community.
  • Partner with FSC and field teams to achieve monthly/annual sales goals through strategic event planning.
  • Guide Store Leadership on brand visit strategy, sales goal alignment, and event execution.
  • Lead onboarding for new Field Leaders, sharing best practices and key program strategies.
  • Capture and synthesize insights from stores and brands to continuously evolve the event experience.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and store teams to adapt and execute event strategies that support Share of Sales and cross-world selling goals.
  • Partner with Category Event Managers and brand field teams on planning areas such as inventory, brand resourcing, and investment.
  • Maximize regional brand partnerships to support business priorities and elevate event impact.
  • Serve as a key liaison between stores, field leadership, brands, and FSC partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end project management for events.
  • Own the regional event calendar, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and activate event opportunities tied to regional demographics and cultural moments.
  • Champion the use of store experience tools and position events as a driver of business growth.
  • Lead elevated local and market strategies in partnership with brands.

Skills

  • Must reside within the Southeast Region, within a major metro-market (Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Tampa)
  • Subject matter expert (SME) responsible for serving as a regional liaison and forging strong partnerships between stores, field leadership, brands & FSC partners
  • Focus on supporting Field and Store leadership in analyzing the business to develop strategies to impact and grow the Store Events program
  • Ensures that the Stores Events program operates at peak efficiency, minimizes risks, and meets its strategic objectives
