Overview
Focus Financial Services is a Insurance and Investment management firm. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound and warm calling techniques to schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively convey our value proposition to prospective clients.

We are using a very simple, yet effective script that only asks if the prospect would be interested in receiving some educational video's on some unique products.

This position will start as part time, but could lead to full time with expanded duties for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing roles, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in inside sales or related fields is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation will average between 30 to 75 dollars an hour.
