- OR a minimum of 4 years in military leadership

- A sales-focused mindset and prior experience in revenue-driven environments
- Demonstrated strength in leadership, coaching, and team development
- A High School diploma or GED or higher qualification

Eligibility requirements include:

- Full-time schedule flexibility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, and a regular commitment exceeding 40 hours each week
