You will also be responsible for providing information on Delta Airlines policies and procedures, as well as processing refunds and exchanges as needed.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. High school diploma or equivalent
5. Previous customer service experience preferred
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
2. Assisting customers with booking flights and making changes to reservations
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
