As a </span>Live Shopping Production Coordinator Producer<span>, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing live shopping events, ensuring seamless production, seller collaboration, and audience engagement. This role reports to the eBay Live leadership team and works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data science.</span></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>What You Will Accomplish</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Support and oversee the end-to-end production of eBay Live shopping events, ensuring seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage live video and audio production, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI/SDI/ NDI camera operations, and the native eBay Live Platform., networking, and RTMP streaming setups.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBay’s e-commerce goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimize event strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and quality of eBay Live events.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and audience engagement.</span></p></li></ul><h3></h3><h3></h3><h2><b><b>What You Will Bring</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in live video production, event management, or e-commerce content production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of live streaming technologies, including video switching, OBS Studio, RTMP setups, and NDI networking.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and <span>relationship-building</span> skills to collaborate effectively with sellers, hosts, and cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to manage multiple live productions, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience analyzing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to refine live shopping formats and improve user experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passion for live commerce, digital media, and delivering engaging and innovative shopping experiences.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The applicable base pay range for this position is dependent on work location. The base pay range in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro and Seattle Metro is expected in the range below:</p>$132,000 - $176,200<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The base pay range for all other U.S. work locations is expected in the range below: </p>$90,400 - $157,000<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
