We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services across the entire software stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with a passion for clean code, modern frameworks, and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.

 

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 plus annual bonus

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement front-end architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
  • Develop and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to financial services or wealth management platforms is a plus.
