p style="text-align:left"span class="emphasis-2"Compensation Amount:/span/p16.28 USD Hourlyp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"span class="emphasis-2"Job Summary:/span/pThe Housekeeping Supervisor assists the General Manager and Operations Manager in all aspects of housekeeping operations and property management to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals, company initiatives, and guest satisfaction.  In addition, the Housekeeping Supervisor assists in cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"span class="emphasis-2"Job Description:/span/ppspanbESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/b/span/pullispanManage and coordinate housekeeping functions for unit.span span /span/spanAnalyze and plan housekeeping programs and schedules to ensure adequate manning, supplies, and equipment for routine and scheduled duties.span /span/span/lilispanEnsure complete guest satisfaction at all times.span span /span/spanHandle guests’ complaints and solve them according to customer service standards.span /span/span/lilispanManage recruiting, supervising, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing the housekeeping staff at the direction of the General Manager./span/lilispanAssist with determining fiscal requirements and preparing departmental budget; monitor, verify, and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.span /span/span/lilispanEvaluate and make recommendations concerning cleaning products and equipment; order and maintain sufficient inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.span span /span/spanspan  /span/span/lilispanMaintain and ensure safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, housekeeping, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee safety and hygiene.span span /span/spanNotify General Manager of all unusual events, circumstances, or other safety or quality control issues.span span /span/spanEnsure all printed material on chemicals are posted and that the facility is in compliance with OSHA requirements.span /span/span/lilispanMaintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.span /spanspan​/spanspan     /spanspan​/span/span/li/ulpspanbSKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE/b/span/pullispanHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.
