Role Overview:

As an independent contractor with Kleanhive, you manage your own schedule, select the jobs you wish to undertake, and operate under your own business entity. This role is ideal for individuals in New Waterford, NS who:

  • Desire control over their work hours and client engagements.
  • Possess the necessary tools and transportation to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high standards.
  • Handle specialized cleaning requests such as deep cleans and move-in/move-out services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and fulfill specific cleaning needs.
  • Manage your own supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for each job.​

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
  • Ownership of cleaning supplies, including a mop and vacuum.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.​
