WHAT DOES AN AUTOMATIC DOOR OUTSIDE SALE REP DO?
A typical week begins at our shop with a caffeine jolt, and planning out the weeks sales routes and agenda. Tuesday through Thursday are road warrior days, trolling the service territory to get nibbles, bites, and find hidden pools of potential clients that need reeled in. Friday is back in the office for some fun sales team time, and for following and tracking those elusive new clients. The week ends with a high five on all closed sales and then heading home to put your feet up.

WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED TO MEET THOSE DEMANDS?

THE DEETS:


  • This is a full time gig, with 40-50 hours a week.
  • We pay pretty darn good, and there are bonuses.

  • We give you an allowance for your set of wheels + fuel card.

THE FINE PRINT:


This position begins with a 30-day training trial, followed by an evaluation to determine suitability for permanent position. Confidentiality and non-compete agreement required. Starting pay is commensurate with experience. Base pay + commission on sales. After training and ramp up earning potential in one full year of selling is usually $65K-75K, year two is usually $75-85K. After that there is solid potential for $100K+ per year! Must have a reliable, professional looking vehicle to use for sales work.
