Job Description:
- The job scope is working with the Client mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers.
- Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
- This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs
- Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled
- Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine
- Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable workplace
- Be open to changes within the workplace
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.
- Handling mail
- Customer service
- High school diploma / GED.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Digital Printing: 2 years (Required)
- Flexo press: 2 years (Preferred)
- Stamping press: 1 year (Preferred)
