Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing content.
- Proficient in using editing and proofreading tools, such as Grammarly or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital content creation or publishing is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work and proofing examples is highly desirable.
