- Troubleshoot customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
- Process and update customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Southwest Airlines' policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
- Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
- Promote and maintain a positive company image by upholding Southwest Airlines' customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital communication platforms (email, chat, etc.).
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Southwest Airlines’ policies.
