Position Summary

The Finance Innovation Analyst provides foundational financial and analytical support to the Finance Innovation team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to learn how finance influences innovation, new product development, and capital investment decisions. The analyst will support the preparation and analysis of key financial documents that guide project decisions in early innovation stages.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and input financial data from various business units and systems.

• Support the creation and maintenance of P&L models for ongoing and pipeline innovation projects.

• Assist with preparing business case assumptions for feasibility studies.

• Develop and maintain financial trackers, project cost summaries, and dashboards.

• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to innovation governance.

• Assist in post-launch performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Eagerness to learn about innovation processes and financial modeling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
