Capital Management Services (CMS) is located in Buffalo New York and specializes in 1st party collections and reminder calls for a well-known bank. This will be a remote position only for those who reside in Pennsylvania (Except Philadelphia), West Virginia or Ohio.

We are looking for remote employees who will be calling potential customers verifying loan documentation

Training Schedule..

M-F 830a-5p

The schedule for this position after training is..

  • Mon-Friday 10a-7

There is a requirement for Saturdays as follows:

  • 2 Saturdays a month if the month has 4 Saturdays in it.
  • 3 Saturdays a month if the month has 5 Saturdays in it.
  • Saturday shift is 9a-1p
  • On the weeks the agents work a Saturday, their schedule will be 11a-7p Monday-Thursday and then 10a-7p on Friday.
