We drive revenue through high velocity small deals coming from the website or in-product chats. Our mission is to provide a world-class customer experience by removing friction from the buying process and enabling our customers with products and insights that will help their businesses succeed.  </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p> <p>Key responsibilities include: </p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Manage website and in-product chats related to customer’s sales inquiries </li> <li>Generate ARR through directly closing transactional new business and upsell deals for small businesses evaluating Apollo </li> <li>Influence ARR by assisting companies through the self-service evaluation and purchasing process </li> <li>Educate customers on Apollo’s product and pricing to maximize sales </li> <li>Ask questions to uncover pain and align Apollo’s value as a solution </li> <li>Provide a fast and accurate answers to the customer’s inquiries </li> <li>Provide clean handoffs to Support and AEs when situations require</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>1+ years of experience in sales (SDR, AE or similar roles) </li> <li>Has experience working in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality work and consistently exceeding targets </li> <li>Coachable— loves to learn, receive feedback and up-level their skills </li> <li>Highly empathic, can read customers and adjust responses to the situation</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills </li> <li>Working experience with CRM, Support Tools, and Chat Tools </li> <li>Experience working in a remote environment, on a schedule, and managing their own time efficiently</li> </ul>
