We are an IDIQ Commercial / Industrial General Contracting firm. We are seeking a candidate for Unit Price Estimator. MUST HAVE experience in using Gordian RS Means Estimating Software and the Construction Task Catalog in all Divisions. Some Federal experience is preferred. We work throughout the Western US.

Applicant does not have to be in California working at Main Office. Applicants in the NorthWest US is preferred.

Candidate must be a seasoned Estimator with Commercial / Industrial project management experience, a self starter, motivated and able to perform independently with minimal guidance.

This job can be performed from home and will require some travel.

Experience with Submittals, RFI's, SOW's, SOV's, working with A/E Firms and fast track project management are all part of this job description.

Our company covers projects throughout the Western US and Hawaii. You can work remotely from major metropolitan areas in the North-West Region such as Portland, Seattle, Spokane, Medford OR. etc.

Benefits are only offered to full-time employees after a 90 day probationary period.

Proficiency in Gordian, RS Means unit price estimating, MS Office Suite (including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook) Adobe, MS Project,

The following qualifications and certifications are a plus:

CQM, CPM, OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, Construction Project Management Degree

Salary is based on experience, ability and proficiency.
