Customer Service - RMA Order Management ID-8628
Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value. Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented individual to join our RMA Team. In this role you will process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from Calix Customers using Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com. You will also Interface with customers, Account Managers, and Operations teams to expedite orders and resolve RMA issues. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties: Order entry for RMA orders, including order validation for order accuracy Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams for resolution Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams Inform customer about the ordering process Control and monitor inventory levels, including making system adjustments based on physical information Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain. Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Possess a professional and cooperative attitude #LI-Remote Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
