Foulston is recruiting for a team member to join our Wichita location as an Executive Assistant. This position will support the Chief Administrative Officer with day-to-day operations of the business. Additionally, assisting with large projects, training, and technology implementations round out the overall responsibilities. This is a full time, benefit eligible position.
You need to be able to:
  • handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • think critically and solve problems
  • track projects, deadlines and follow up with others to ensure forward progress
  • organize almost anything while attending to the details
  • communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • interact positively with others
  • navigate and become efficient with existing/new software and technologies
  • self-initiate and manage your time
We would like you to have:
  • project management experience
  • experience training on software and other professional office procedures
  • a bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Your responsibilities would involve providing administrative support to multiple executives, including:
  • assisting with management of projects and ensuring continued forward movement
  • creating procedure and training materials
  • coordinating internal Firm events onsite and offsite (may involve occasional evening or weekend hours)
  • scheduling events and meetings
  • scanning and data entry
  • preparing correspondence
  • tracking continuing education and processing registrations and renewals
  • other duties as assigned
