Job Summary

Front Desk- Wrigley Field

 

Front Desk HR Admin supports our Human Resource department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner via on the phone and in person
Maintain confidential personnel files as well as filing papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and team members
Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely
Keeping common office spaces organizes, stocked and clean (e.g. ordering office supplies, keeping printing area organized)
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize/ set up job fair event, orientation days)
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Partner with HR team to decorate/plan out office spaces and employee engagement events
Processes Mail

Other duties as assigned

 

Event Day Responsibilities:

Assist with temp ID credentialing
Assist with employee check-ins at HR office
Assist with non for profit volunteer check-ins
Other duties as assigned
