Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries.
  • Use CRM software to document conversations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to company protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS products.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
  • Familiarity with social media customer support channels.
