Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our office, supporting administrative functions, managing customer communications, and assisting with order processing and billing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and customer focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and internal team
  • Collaborate with technicians and carriers to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Assist in managing and processing new customer/location orders
  • Perform accurate data entry for billing, orders, and other records
  • Open and manage trouble tickets for customer support, billing, orders, and maintenance
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, including customer feedback and followup actions
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative or clerical and telecom experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
