About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Director (Contract) to lead our culture-first campaigns; this role is a temporary contract position to cover a parental leave, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. You'll drive the strategy, ideation, execution, and amplification of our top-tier campaigns. You are someone who has a deep background in brand strategy, leading omni-channel, and developing creative that is tied to culture.The ideal candidate is highly creative and self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and collaborates well with others.

You Will...


  • Be responsible for the strategy and distribution of our marquee culture-first campaigns
  • Own outcomes, ensuring our campaigns have the right partners, budgets, and KPIs
  • Plan media and channel amplification plans for campaigns
  • Identify social, brand and community insights to inform campaign strategy
  • Partner closely with our creative, business development, marketing operations, and product teams to deliver campaigns that are on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with Country Marketing Managers to localize and activate campaigns across the globe

You have...


  • 7-10 years experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or campaign development
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and partners
  • A deep understanding of cultural and audience insights
  • Bachelors and/or master's degree in marketing or related field
  • Deep experience in digital, social, influencer marketing
  • Experience at a large brand that's well-known in culture
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing
  • Ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision and strategy

Exceptional candidates will have...


  • Experience working on both in-house teams and in a studio/agency
  • Experience working in the consumer technology sector
  • An interest in language learning
