Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

We are currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Fully Remote) to provide overnight synchronous and asynchronous comprehensive clinical care to our patients. We are seeking candidates who are adaptable to a range of overnight care models, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagement. While the primary focus of this role is delivering high-quality direct patient care, it also plays an important part in supporting clinical operations by managing key administrative responsibilities during overnight hours.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited graduate school of nursing program with a masters degree.
  • CRNP License in the State of Maryland and Massachusetts required (or willing to get the licenses) and DEA.
  • Must have clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Medical license must be in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years work experience (after completing clinicals).
  • Telemedicine experience is preferred.
  • Must hold license in the DMV area. Additional multi-state licensure is a plus.


Operating Model Options:

We are offering the following shifts to providers:


  • (Fully Remote) Provide virtual primary care to patients overnight (8p8a, 10p8a, or 12a8a options).
  • Option to participate in flexible shift models (3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s)
  • Weekends


Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide clinical care virtually to patients that encompasses primary care.
  • Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs.
  • Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful care.
  • Manage patient follow-ups.
  • Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate.
  • Must cover urgent and emergency administrative support as assigned.
